Together Housing Group is seeking an experienced Home Ownership & Commercial Co-ordinator to lead the Home Ownership, Leasehold and commercial property portfolio. You will manage a high-performing team, ensure excellent customer service, drive income, and maintain compliance with current legislation.

Based in the North of England with a hybrid working pattern and a 37-hour week, the role offers a competitive salary (£43,140 p.a.), generous annual leave, development opportunities and a wide range

Competenze

• Experience in housing or property sector – home ownership, leasehold orcommercial property management.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
• Solid knowledge of shared ownership, leasehold management and housing legislation.
• Experience with service charges, income recovery and legal processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with customers and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Willingness to work towards CIH Level 4 housing qualification.

Mansioni

• Lead and support the Home Ownership & Commercial team to deliver service excellence.
• Oversee day-to-day management of shared ownership, leasehold and commercial properties.
• Drive performance, monitor targets and maximise customer satisfaction and income.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, policies and best practice.
• Manage lease extensions, rent reviews, and liaise with solicitors and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Asset Management, Compliance, Development and Finance teams.
• Oversee Section 20 processes and keep customers informed.
• Monitor budgets and service charges to ensure value for money.
• Build relationships with customers, contractors and external partners.
