Avante Care & Support is seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead our 62-bed Plumstead nursing and dementia home, delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Located at 82 Plumstead Common Rd, London, this is a strategic role within a not-for-profit organisation.

You will oversee clinical governance, ensure CQC compliance, manage budgets and occupancy, and inspire a dedicated team to provide outstanding care to residents and their relatives.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Home Manager or Deputy Manager ready for next step.
• Strong clinical leadership in nursing and dementia care.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
• Experience managing budgets, occupancy and performance.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
