Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Home Manager for a specialist residential care home in the Southport, Lancashire area. The role focuses on ABI and neurological care, leading a dedicated team to deliver person-centred services.

The position is permanent and full-time (37.5 hours) with on-call duties. Salary £55,000–£60,000 per annum, paid monthly, plus generous benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active NMC Pin or NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care or be working towards it.
• Experience in ABI/neurological rehab is preferred.
• Ability to manage budgeting and cost control.
• Strong IT literacy including Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the home ensuring high care standards and compliance.
• Lead, support and develop the team to deliver person-centred care.
• Support assessment and implementation of individual care plans.
• Ensure a safe, positive and nurturing environment for residents.
• Promote dignity, wellbeing and independence in care.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
