Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking an experienced Home Manager for an amazing care home in Southport, Lancashire. This permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours per week) covers days with some on-call work for a leading provider.

You will oversee operations, lead a skilled team, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care for residents with ABI and neurological needs. Relocation support is included where applicable.

Qualifications

• Active NMC Pin or NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care, or working towards.
• Experience in ABI and neurological rehabilitation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the home with high care standards.
• Lead, support and develop the team to deliver person-centred care.
• Assess and implement individual care plans.
• Ensure a safe, positive environment for residents.
• Promote dignity, wellbeing and independence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
