Home Manager

Middlesbrough

Linq Healthcare has partnered with a leading Care Home provider, seeking an experienced Home Manager for one of their homes in central Middlesbrough.

This role requires a passionate Manager with strong leadership skills and previous experience leading within residential/dementia settings.

The site offers residential, dementia, respite, end-of-life, and day care services in a 44-bed facility. You will be responsible for the overall leadership of the home, aiming to improve the current CQC score.
