Job summary

Sanctuary Care’s Ridgewood Court in Wirral is seeking a Care Team Leader to support residents, work with a close-knit team and deliver personalised care aligned to each plan. You’ll lead and develop Care Assistants, while promoting well-being and activity for residents.

The role requires empathy, clear communication, and a collaborative approach; experience in care is desirable. Join a supportive, values-driven environment in Wirral.

Qualifications
