Job summary

Career Makers is seeking an experienced Registered Care Home Manager to lead our elderly care service in Norwich, Norfolk. You will oversee the home’s operations, care delivery, regulatory compliance, and performance.

The role requires strong leadership, budget management, and the ability to grow occupancy through local networking while maintaining excellent resident outcomes. NMC registration is desirable but not essential. A bonus scheme and enhanced leave are part of the package.

Qualifications

Salary: £65,000 per annum (DOE) + Bonus Scheme

Overview

An experienced and dedicated Registered Care Home Manager is required to lead a well-established elderly care service. You will be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance, team development, occupancy growth, and financial performance.
