Job summary

Achieve Together seeks an experienced Manager to oversee daily operations of our care home, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance.

You will lead a dedicated staff team, drive person-centred service delivery, manage budgets, and foster strong links with stakeholders while promoting learning and development across the team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Care Manager/Service Manager/Deputy Manager or Registered Manager.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards.
• Must have Level 5 or be willing to complete this.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the service meets the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and CQC/CIW Fundamental Standards.
• Maintain high-quality service delivery.
• Effectively manage the staff team.
• Oversee finances and budgeting.
• Train and develop staff.
• Carry out administrative tasks related to the role.
• Ensure good communication with stakeholders.
• Oversee service delivery to be person-centred, accessible, flexible, and reliable.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the service meets the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and CQC/CIW Fundamental Standards


• Maintain high-quality service delivery


• Ensure good communication and links with all stakeholders


• Ensure service delivery is person-centered, accessible, flexible, and reliable

Requirements

• Ability to lead and motivate staff, delegate tasks, and manage multiple priorities


• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards


• Proven experience as a Care Manager/Service Manager/Deputy Manager or Registered Manager


• Relevant qualifications in health and social care


• Strong leadership and management skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Must either have a level 5 or willing to complete this
