This is a permanent, full-time position with a shift pattern from Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 4.30 pm.
The Home First Response Service is a new initiative aimed at working differently and collaboratively with acute and community teams to identify frailty and support individuals to remain at home or in a homely setting. We are seeking an innovative and experienced physiotherapist to join our team at the RAH. This community inreach post is supported by professional supervision within the Renfrewshire HSCP management structure.
The team focuses on the hospital's front door, working alongside colleagues in ED, assessment units, and frailty services to improve outcomes through community interventions that enable quick discharge home.
