Job summary

Senior Home Care Group is seeking female care workers to serve Oakham, Rutland and surrounding areas, delivering compassionate, person-centred home care. You will support clients in their own homes according to individual care plans and maintain their dignity and independence.

Role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, a driving licence with access to a vehicle, and completion of essential qualifications such as the Care Certificate. Training and DBS checks are provided.

• Willingness to complete essential qualifications required for the role, such as the Care Certificate.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.

Hourly rate:£13.21 - £21.09 per hour

Within this role, you will provide dignified, person-centred support aligned with each client's individual care plan. This includes tailored assistance with personal care, safe mobility, medication management, domestic tasks, and essential errands, all delivered with a focus on building genuine companionship and promoting independence at home.
