Valley Care Derbyshire is recruiting Care & Support Workers in Buxton and surrounding areas to help people live safely and independently at home. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with a friendly, family-oriented team and valued contribution every day.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and practical support in clients' homes.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, meals and hydration.
• Support with medication administration as needed.
• Carry out light household duties and keep homes tidy.
• Offer companionship and encourage independence.
• Help clients access community activities and appointments.
• Deliver compassionate end-of-life care when required.
• Maintain accurate records and report changes in wellbeing.
