No prior care experience is required; training, induction, and ongoing support are provided to help you grow and succeed in a rewarding career within a family-focused team.

Qualifications

• Personal care with dignity, respect, and compassion.
• Support people with mobility and safe equipment use.
• Prepare meals and assist with nutrition and hydration.
• Prompt or administer medication as per care plans.
• Light household duties including cleaning, laundry and bedding.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care in clients' homes to promote independence.
• Deliver companionship and emotional support.
• Encourage community participation where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records and report wellbeing changes.
• Support end-of-life care when required.
