Valley Care in the Stockport area, based in Cheadle, is hiring care and support workers to assist adults aged 55 and over. The role includes personal care, mobility support, meal preparation, and medication administration, with full training provided.

We offer £12.90 per hour, paid holidays, a company mobile phone, induction and training, and clear opportunities for progression. Part-time and full-time shifts are available, including early, late, and long days, with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with personal care such as washing, bathing and toilet arrangements.
• Support mobility and the use of aids and equipment.
• Carry out domestic tasks such as beds, tidying, light cleaning and laundry.
• Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks.
• Assist with administration of medication.
• Support clients on social visits and activities.
