Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a Registered Manager to lead our Care in the Home South Division from Thame, Oxfordshire. You will take ownership of quality, people, performance and growth, driving excellence beyond compliance.

Join a team committed to person-centred care, safeguarding, and continuous improvement. You will build strong relationships with clients, families and professionals while overseeing budgets and development initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience as Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in health or social care.
Level 5 Leadership qualification or willingness to work towards it.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
Commercial awareness and experience managing service performance.
Passion for delivering outstanding, person-centred care.

Responsibilities

Maintain registration with the regulator (CQC).
Lead assessments, care planning and regular reviews.
Build trusted relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals and commissioners.
Promote dignity, independence and choice.
Manage budgets and resources effectively.
Co-coach, supervise and develop performance.
Work with Business Development to maximise opportunities.
Create a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement.
