Job summary

Right at Home Oxford is recruiting a Quality Assurance Manager to monitor and ensure compliant delivery of outstanding care across the Oxford territory. You will apply CQC standards, lead audits, and coach care staff under the Registered Manager's direction.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of CQC regulations and audits in a care setting.
• Junior management experience in care service provision.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Clear enhanced DBS check.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of systems to evaluate and improve evidence of an outstanding care service.
• Maintain robust monitoring, evaluation and quality assurance systems and report concerns to management.
• Support teams to deliver results meeting client and regulatory expectations.
• Ensure outstanding compliance across the business and support inspections.
• Assist staff to plan, allocate and evaluate quality of work and training needs.
• Ensure consistent application of policies and promote business aims.
• Review and improve processes for efficient service delivery.
• Carry out spot checks, service reviews and audits.
