Job Opportunity: Domiciliary Care Branch Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Domiciliary Care Branch Manager in the Sudbury, Suffolk area. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of growing domiciliary care businesses and achieving outstanding CQC ratings. This role is with one of the UK's leading healthcare providers, a family-run organization committed to delivering quality, person-centered care in clients' homes and residential settings.

Minimum Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a domiciliary care setting

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch
  2. Build and maintain the customer base
  3. Create an environment that attracts and retains high-quality staff, promoting effective teamwork
  4. Ensure compliance with CQC standards
  5. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement best practices
  6. Work with senior management to meet KPIs

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Strong business acumen with a focus on service development and growth
  • Thorough knowledge of CQC standards
  • Effective leadership and communication skills
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car

Salary and Benefits:

  • £42,500 per annum
  • Full-time, permanent role (40 hours/week, 9am - 5pm)
  • Benefits include Medical Insurance, Pension, Training and Career Progression, DBS cost coverage
