Job summary

Valley Care Direct is recruiting Health Care Assistants to support vulnerable adults in their own homes within the local communities listed. The role offers full and part-time hours with shift patterns from 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 10pm and alternate weekends.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
• No previous experience required but demonstrate real compassion, communication and problem solving

Responsibilities

• Help service users with mobility
• Assist with medication administration
• Perform domestic tasks (beds, tidying, cleaning, laundry)
• Assist with eating and drinking (meal prep)
• Support personal care (washing, bathing, toilet)
• Support with use and care of aids and equipment
• Contribute to end-of-life care as needed
