Valley Care Direct is seeking Community Care Assistants in the UK to help clients live independently at home with dignity and companionship. Training is provided and no prior care experience is necessary.

Shifts include mornings and evenings, with part-time and full-time roles available. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential, and you will receive a mileage allowance plus other benefits.

Responsibilities

• Supporting people with personal care, including washing, dressing, bathing, and toileting.
• Assisting with mobility and helping people safely use equipment and aids.
• Preparing meals, snacks, and drinks.
• Supporting individuals with medication.
• Helping with household tasks such as laundry, bed making, tidying, and light cleaning.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Assisting with end-of-life care where required.
• Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all times.
