Job summary

Care Santé Limited in London is seeking Health Care Assistants to join established teams in local communities. Roles are available full- or part-time to support vulnerable adults at home, with shifts mornings and evenings.

No previous experience required; comprehensive training provided, with paid induction and ongoing development. You will deliver compassionate care, assist with daily living tasks, medication support, meal prep and personal care.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required, but you will need real compassion, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Help service users overcome mobility challenges.
• Assist with administering medication.
• Domestic tasks: making beds, tidying, light cleaning, laundry and emptying commodes.
• Prepare meals, snacks and drinks to support eating and drinking.
• Assist with personal care such as washing, bathing and toilet arrangements.
• Assist with use and care of aids and equipment.
• Contribute to end-of-life care when needed.
