Job summary

Town and Country Homecare provides in-home care services, delivering person-centred support to clients in their own homes. The role focuses on personal care, medication support, household tasks and community engagement while maintaining GDPR, safeguarding and dignity at all times.

You will be required to work mornings, evenings, and occasional sleep-ins, with driving to client homes and a range of pay rates including weekdays and weekend rates. Training and DBS are provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with access to own car.
• Caring, compassionate and patient nature with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to undertake mandatory training (including Care Certificate).
• Enhanced DBS check required.
• NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care needs (washing, dressing, oral care, toileting) in a dignified manner.
• Support mobility and use of equipment safely.
• Assist with nutrition and meal preparation according to dietary needs.
