Job summary

The Care Collection is seeking Home Care Assistants to support children and adults in their own homes across the Huddersfield area. You will travel between visits, providing compassionate personal care, meal prep, medication support, and companionship to help people live independently.

Applicants must have a driving licence with vehicle and business insurance access. Roles require alternate weekends, full or part-time hours, and a supportive team environment with training and pension benefits.

Location: Huddersfield

Salary : from A GBP 13.30:A GBP 16.25 per hour

Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full: or Part:Time hours available

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Home Care Assistants to support children and adults in their own homes and in the community across the Huddersfield area.

Shift patterns available from 7am to 2pm and 4pm to 10pm.

Applicants must be drivers with access to their own vehicle and business insurance, as travel between visits is required.

What We Offer

• Pay from A GBP 13.30 : A GBP 16.25 per hour for carers aged 21 and over (bank holidays A GBP 16.25 per hour)


• Paid mileage between visits (30p per mile)


• Alternate weekends off and rotas given 4 weeks in advance

About The Role

Youll support people in their own homes, helping them live independently with dignity and respect. This may include medication support, personal care, meal preparation, light household tasks, and companionship. We do require all our carers to work alternate weekends.
