Job summary

The Care Collection is seeking compassionate Home Care Assistants to support children and adults in their own homes and in the community across the Huddersfield area.

Applicants must be drivers with access to their own vehicle and business insurance, as travel between visits is required. We offer pay from £13.30–£16.25 per hour, paid mileage, 28 days holiday pro rata and a pension scheme, plus training to gain diploma qualifications.

Qualifications

• Drivers with access to their own vehicle and business insurance is required.
• Comfortable assisting children and adults in home and community settings.
• Ability to work alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support people in their own homes to live independently with dignity and respect.
• Medication support, personal care, meal preparation, and light house tasks.
• Provide companionship and help maintain daily routines.
• Work alternate weekends as part of rota.
