Job summary

Kingsley Home Care Services is seeking a Home Care Assistant to provide high-quality personal care in clients' homes across the area. You'll promote dignity, independence and wellbeing with full training provided.

We offer competitive pay as a Living Wage employer, paid mileage, and flexible shifts (including weekends and evenings). A UK driving licence and access to a car are preferred to support the visits.

Qualifications

• Full training provided for all carers.
• Access to a car and UK driving licence preferred.
• Experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care, preserving client dignity and promoting independence in the home.
• Be flexible to meet client and business needs.
• Demonstrate a caring, patient nature with excellent communication.
• Remain calm under pressure and support client wellbeing.
• Report to Care Coordinator/Home Care Manager.

• Fully paid training & uniforms - no experience needed
• Various shifts available including weekends (07:00 - 14:00) & evenings (16:00 - 22:00)
• Driving Licence - required

As a Home Care Assistant, you'll:

• Provide high-quality personal care, always respecting client dignity and promoting independence within the clients' home
• Be flexible and adaptable to meet client and business needs
• A caring, patient nature
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Experience is a plus, but full training is provided
• Access to a car and full UK driving licence is preferred
