Job summary

Kingsley Home Care Services, part of Kingsley Healthcare, is seeking a Home Care Assistant. This role offers Living Wage pay and full training, with shifts including weekends and evenings. A driving licence and access to a car are preferred to support client visits and mileage is paid.

Reports to: Care Coordinator/ Home Care Manager

Key duties and responsibilities

As a Home Care Assistant, you'll:

• Provide high-quality personal care, always respecting client dignity and promoting independence within the clients' home
• Be flexible and adaptable to meet client and business needs
• Represent Kingsley Home Care with professionalism and pride

Skills and attributes

• A caring, patient nature
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Experience is a plus, but full training is provided
• Access to a car and full UK driving licence is preferred
