Job summary

Kingsley Home Care Services, part of the Kingsley Healthcare Group, is hiring a Home Care Assistant to deliver high-quality personal care in clients' homes. You’ll be supported with paid mileage, comprehensive training, and uniforms, with shifts including weekends and evenings as needed.

We welcome applicants with or without previous experience; driving is preferred and you’ll join a values-driven team dedicated to compassionate, person-centred care and staff wellbeing.

Key duties and responsibilities

As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll:

• Provide high-quality personal care, always respecting client dignity and promoting independence within the clients’ home
• Be flexible and adaptable to meet client and business needs
• Represent Kingsley Home Care with professionalism and pride

Skills and attributes

• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Experience is a plus, but full training is provided
• Access to a car and full UK driving licence is preferred
