Job summary

Kingsley Home Care Services is seeking a Home Care Assistant to join a compassionate team in the Sheringham area. You will provide personal care in clients' homes, promote independence, and support wellbeing with dignity.

Full training is provided and a driving licence is required to travel between visits. Competitive hourly rates with paid mileage, and shift options including weekends and evenings help you balance work and life.

Key duties and responsibilities

As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll:

• Provide high-quality personal care, always respecting client dignity and promoting independence within the clients’ home
• Be flexible and adaptable to meet client and business needs
• Represent Kingsley Home Care with professionalism and pride

Skills and attributes

• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Experience is a plus, but full training is provided
• Access to a car and full UK driving licence is preferred
