Job summary

Kingsley Home Care Services is hiring a Home Care Assistant to deliver compassionate, person-centred care in clients’ homes. You will be supported by a team and offered training, uniforms, and competitive pay.

Flexible shifts include weekends and some evenings, with mileage paid in addition to your hourly rate. Full training is provided, no prior experience required, and a driving licence is preferred to visit clients across the local area.

Key duties and responsibilities

As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll:

• Provide high-quality personal care, always respecting client dignity and promoting independence within the clients’ home
• Be flexible and adaptable to meet client and business needs
• Represent Kingsley Home Care with professionalism and pride

Skills and attributes

• Experience is a plus, but full training is provided
• Access to a car and full UK driving licence is preferred
