Job summary

Kingsley Home Care Services, part of the Kingsley Healthcare Group, is seeking a Home Care Assistant to provide compassionate, client-focused support in clients' homes in North Walsham. You’ll help with daily living while upholding dignity and independence.

We offer paid mileage, fully paid training and uniforms, and flexible shifts including weekends and evenings. A UK driving licence is preferred to visit clients and ensure timely care.

Key duties and responsibilities

As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll:

• Provide high-quality personal care, always respecting client dignity and promoting independence within the clients’ home
• Be flexible and adaptable to meet client and business needs
• Represent Kingsley Home Care with professionalism and pride

Skills and attributes

• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Experience is a plus, but full training is provided
• Access to a car and full UK driving licence is preferred
