Wallace Hind Selection is recruiting an Account Manager for a well-established engineering business supplying UV and water treatment solutions to manufacturing and industrial customers across the UK. You will nurture an established client base and drive new business opportunities.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage a balanced workload (about 70% account management, 30% new business), build relationships with engineers and procurement teams, and recommend technical solutions that

Qualifications

• Experience selling technical products or industrial equipment into manufacturing or process-led environments.
• Ability to build credibility with engineers, production managers and procurement professionals.
• Experience forecasting and managing a sales pipeline using a CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities while increasing revenue within an established portfolio of industrial customers.
• Build strong relationships with engineers, production managers, maintenance teams and procurement professionals across UK manufacturing businesses.
• Recommend technical solutions that improve efficiency and operational performance.
• Manage the full sales process from enquiry through to order and ongoing account development.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM whilst identifying future growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal technical specialists and supplier partners to deliver exceptional customer support.
