Swindale Parks Recruitment is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer for a home-based role with UK-wide travel. You will manage an existing customer base, identify new business, and drive the design-in process with OEMs across Aerospace, Industrial Machinery, Robotics, Packaging, Logistics, and Rail.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in engineering (or HND), have 3+ years in technical sales, and possess strong communication of complex engineering concepts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or HND required.
• At least 3 years in a technical sales environment (internal or field-based).
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate engineering concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maximise sales from established customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Deliver a design-in technical sales process with OEMs across sectors.
• Provide technical guidance and solution-based consultation throughout the sales cycle.
