Job summary

UKOS BayWa r.e. Operation Services Limited is recruiting into our Solar Technical team to support preventive and corrective maintenance across a portfolio of utility-scale solar assets. This home-based role involves daily regional travel within the UK.

You will perform scheduled and corrective maintenance (including HV work), ensure site performance, liaise with the Regional Manager and O&M coordinator, and manage on-site safety and housekeeping, with on-call duties.

Qualifications

On-site maintenance experience across solar plants.
HV maintenance familiarity desired.
Ability to interpret regulations and ensure HSE compliance.

Responsibilities

Understand site obligations and report on compliance.
Monitor and implement HSE measures on site.
Perform scheduled and corrective maintenance (including HV) for solar plants.
Take on-site responsibility for plant performance, work quality and site appearance.
Coordinate site works with Regional Manager and O&M coordinator.
Resolve work tickets with Site Technicians and report to Asset Manager/Regional Manager.
Liaise with LV/HV and Ground maintenance teams, subcontractors and others.
Undertake required training and development.
Participate in on-call rota for non-working hours.
