Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection LTD is seeking an Area Sales Engineer to rejuvenate a Northern England and Scotland territory with new business and strong account management. Home-based role with travel to customers and distributors three days a week.

You will develop pipelines, forecast using CRM, and deliver technical demonstrations for OEMs and industrial customers. A background in selling technical consumables or engineered solutions is essential, with proven new business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven background of selling technical consumables into OEMs or manufacturers.
• Develop new business and grow existing accounts in a territory.
• Experience meeting customers and distributors face to face where possible.

Responsibilities

• Develop Northern England territory to include Scotland within industrial technologies.
• Account manage and develop new business with OEMs and distributors.
• Identify leads and follow up on inbound and marketing leads.
• Forecast and manage sales pipeline using CRM and prepare quotations.
• Collaborate with internal teams—sales, marketing, technical, operations.
