Job summary

Jayne Peirce Travel Recruitment is assisting a fast-growing luxury travel DMC to find a skilled Head of Operations. This senior role can be home-based with London office meetups, offering hybrid patterns and flexible days.

You'll lead end-to-end operations, build processes, manage suppliers, and partner with founders as the team scales. Candidates with luxury travel, DMC or tour operator backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in operations within luxury travel.
• DMC background or strong tour operator experience.
• Experience building or improving processes.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain detail.
• Excellent written communication, warm and professional tone.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own trip confirmations end-to-end across hotels, guides, chauffeurs and other suppliers.
• Build and standardise operating procedures, checklists and handover documentation.
• Quality-check bookings for accuracy and tone.
• Manage supplier relationships with prompt, warm communication.
• Partner with founders on day-to-day operations as the team grows.
