Job summary

Logisnext UK Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover primarily Leicestershire and Warwickshire, based from home with a company van and door-to-door pay. You will service forklift trucks, warehouse equipment and advanced automation tech across the region.

You'll diagnose faults, carry out planned maintenance and install new equipment, building strong relationships with customers while maintaining high safety standards. Full product training is provided.

Qualifications

• Mechanical engineering experience required.
• Basic electrical fault-finding skills essential.
• Full UK driving licence must have.
• Experience maintaining or repairing machinery or equipment.
• Strong problem-solving ability and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Full product training provided.

Responsibilities

• Planned servicing and maintenance of customer fleets.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults.
• Carry out repairs and breakdown work.
• Complete service documentation electronically.
• Install and commission equipment at customer sites.
• Build relationships with customers and maintain safety standards.

Skills

Mechanical engineering experience
