Job summary

Interaction Technical is recruiting a Field Service Engineer for forklifts to cover Devizes and surrounding areas. You will service and repair forklift trucks on customer sites, diagnosing electrical, hydraulic and mechanical faults while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

The role offers a company van, fuel card, door-to-door travel and a strong overtime earning potential, with ongoing manufacturer training and clear progression paths within a growing national business.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing forklifts and mobile machinery
• Strong fault-finding in electrical/hydraulic/mechanical systems
• Willingness to travel and work from customer sites

Responsibilities

• Servicing and maintaining forklift trucks and material handling equipment
• Diagnosing electrical, hydraulic and mechanical faults
• Attending breakdowns and carrying out reactive repairs
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Repairing engines, drives, hydraulics and electrical components
• Recording all work via engineer reports
• Managing workload while maintaining high workmanship standards
