Job summary

Luton Bennett is hiring a Mobile Vehicle Technician to service and repair forklift and related materials handling equipment. You'll operate as a field service engineer, based from home with travel within a reasonable radius, performing preventative maintenance and breakdowns.

The role includes training to become fully competent on all machinery, with a fully expensed van and typical van-based parts logistics, plus overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Plant, forklifts, HGV, agricultural or similar equipment experience preferred.
• Ideally hold a level 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and breakdown on materials handling machinery on a field service basis.
• Complete comprehensive training to be fully competent on all machinery.
• Spare parts placed in the van overnight.
