Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is partnering with a market-leading materials handling business to recruit an experienced Field Service Engineer to service, maintain and repair forklift trucks and other MHE equipment across customer sites in Warrington and surrounding areas.

This is a varied, customer-facing field role where no two days are the same, covering up to 6 jobs per day with strong technical support and ongoing manufacturer training.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on servicing or maintenance experience.
• Maintenance experience of forklift trucks or mobile plant machinery.
• Hands-on experience in Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulics.
• Recognised engineering qualification.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Desirable: previous Field Service Engineer role.
• Desirable: Level 3 Engineering qualification.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair forklift trucks and other MHE equipment across customer sites.
• Plan and execute daily visits across the Warrington area (local patch).
• Provide excellent customer-facing service with technical troubleshooting.
• Participate in ongoing manufacturer training and up-skilling.
