Job summary

Care Quality Commission is seeking a Customer Contact Advisor for a home-based UK role. Permanent, full-time (37 hours). Salary is £25,768 national, plus £600 homeworking allowance; some travel to Newcastle may be required.

The first two weeks are based in Citygate for training. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience, handle sensitive information with care, and work with teams to respond across multiple channels. A satisfactory DBS check and UK right-to-work are required.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team to deliver high-volume, high-quality customer-focused activity against performance targets.
