Qualifications
- Proven sales and account management experience within the cement industry.
- Experience managing key customer relationships and negotiating contracts.
- Ability to deliver sales growth and profitability.
- Strong commercial awareness and forecasting abilities.
- Full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop existing customer accounts across your territory.
- Drive growth in cement volumes, revenue and margin.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across target market sectors.
- Negotiate pricing agreements and commercial contracts.
- Provide customers with product, technical and market knowledge.
- Support major projects and key account activity within your region.
- Produce accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence.
