Merriman Grange is a luxurious residential and dementia care home based in Worthing offering state-of-the-art facilities, including 72 large ensuite bedrooms and 5 luxury care suites. The home features lounges, dining rooms, an on-site café bar, a cinema, and a hair and beauty salon.

We are adding an additional Home Admissions Advisor to our team. We seek an ambitious, dedicated, and compassionate sales professional to work alongside our current Advisor, ensuring the effective operation of Sales and Marketing, meeting and exceeding budget targets, and filling the home with the appropriate client base to maximize revenue.

You will demonstrate professionalism and customer service excellence while promoting the values of the Cinnamon Care Collection.

Our HAAs promote the home, carry out external business development, and establish community and professional links.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Update the Sales and Marketing activity database regularly and produce reports as needed.
  • Coordinate input from all team members.
  • Respond to sales and marketing inquiries from colleagues and clients, including brochure requests and internet inquiries.
  • Gather and follow up on customer information and data.
  • Assist with sales and marketing events, including preparation and coordination.
  • Record and follow up on sales leads to meet targets.

Ensure reports are accurate and submitted on time. Manage potential resident pipeline data to maximize revenue. Develop and maintain contacts with key care influences. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, ensuring completion where possible. Flexibility to cover the Sales & Marketing office across seven days, including weekends and evenings as required.

Person Specification

  • Close collaboration with the General Manager requires decisiveness, self-motivation, proactivity, and adaptability. Confidence and enthusiasm are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including influencing abilities. Ability to prioritize and work under pressure is crucial.
