West Yorkshire Police is seeking a HOLMES Indexer in the Counter Terrorism Policing – North East region. The role, based in South Leeds, is a full-time permanent position (37 hours) requiring support with the HOLMES computer system for major enquiries.

You will train to use policing systems, perform Word and Excel tasks, and be prepared for flexible hours and UK-wide duties including weekends. A competitive salary and benefits package apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to use the HOLMES computer system and other policing systems.
• Willingness to complete the HOLMES Course.
• Basic knowledge of Word Processing and Spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Provide support using HOLMES in investigation of Major enquiries.
• Work with secure, bespoke policing systems as required.
