Thames Valley Police is seeking a Digital Forensic Investigator in Newbury to support Counter Terrorism investigations. You will conduct in-depth digital forensic examinations, attend search warrants, and recover data from online and Cloud sources in real time, delivering clear, technical reports.
The role requires proven forensic experience, a degree in Computer Forensics or Computer Science, and the ability to work with CT teams. UK driving license and security vetting are essential.

You will be asked to demonstrate flexibility regarding working hours in line with operational demand with the ability to work out of hours and be part of an on call rota if required and occasionally this may require working away from home. For this reason a full UK Driving Licence is essential to the role.
Due to the nature of our work, security is of paramount importance to us and therefore it will be necessary to pass and maintain vetting level SC together with a number of enhanced security checks. In order to achieve this, you must be a British National andhave resided in the UK for the past five years. Exemptions may apply for overseas or other diplomatic service (with HM Government), and studying abroad.
