Park Holidays UK is seeking a passionate Holiday Services Manager to join our team. You will lead the Holiday Sales department, coordinate operations across parks, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage budgets, safety compliance, and cross‑department collaboration. A proactive, professional approach and the drive to improve performance are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong PC skills with proficiency in Excel and other office software.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and coordinating between departments.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional and outgoing personality with the ability to engage with staff and guests.
• Clear understanding of company policies and maintaining confidentiality.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and peak holiday seasons.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Holiday Sales department’s budget and implement controls to monitor spending and profitability.
• Manage TripAdvisor reviews and handle complaints.
• Oversee sublet and private sublet management.
• Ensure compliance with gas safety and PAT certificates.
• Prepare and meet annual operating profit targets while controlling expenditures.
• Maximise occupancy rates for holiday homes and chalets.
• Maintain records for safety compliance in each property.
• Develop and maintain systems for correspondence, reports, and admin tasks.
• Monitor cleanliness standards for all holiday homes and chalets.
• Maintain accurate key counts and security of reception cash.
• Ensure Welcome Packs are prepared with program info and memberships.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations and drive the department forward.
