Job summary

Boots is hiring a Seasonal Customer Advisor to support stores during the Christmas period. You’ll welcome customers, help them find gifts, explain offers and use tills and self-checkouts to complete purchases.

The role is active and fast-paced, with stock replenishment and deliveries, and requires flexibility to cover different areas and shifts. You'll join a friendly team, receive Boots training, and enjoy benefits like employee discounts and wellbeing support.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand needs and help them find gifts and offers.
• Deliver memorable experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Complete purchases at tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep store and shopping areas looking their best.
• Work across different areas and support the team as needed.
