• Develop strategies to drive revenue growth and maximise profitability across the park.
• Monitor budgets and ensure financial targets are met with efficient resource use.
• Coordinate with Accommodation Manager to maintain high standards for all accommodations.
• Ensure operations comply with health and safety regulations for guests and staff.
• Address guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and best practices.
• Collaborate with all department managers to maintain cohesive operations.
