Park Holidays UK Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Operative to uphold and repair facilities across our holiday parks in the Tendring area. You will handle plumbing, carpentry, electrical tasks, and general DIY, ensuring safe, clean, and welcoming outdoor spaces for guests and staff.

You will regularly inspect equipment, respond to requests, and keep accurate maintenance records while adhering to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance across facilities.
• Ability to carry out plumbing, carpentry and basic electrical repairs.
• Prioritize safety and comply with health and safety regulations.

Responsabilités

• Perform repairs and maintenance across the holiday park, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and general DIY duties.
• Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address issues, ensuring safety and operability.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, resolving issues to maintain service standards.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair work in line with company policies.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with health and safety regulations.
• Undertake gardening and landscaping tasks, including mowing, weeding, planting, and presentable outdoor areas.
• Work independently or as part of a team, supporting colleagues across the park.
