The role requires hands-on skills in plumbing, carpentry, electrical work and DIY, along with good record-keeping, health and safety compliance, and the flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in general maintenance with plumbing, carpentry and electrical repairs.
• Ability to use hand tools and gardening equipment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep records.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays.
• DBS check required.

Aufgaben

• Perform repairs and maintenance across the holiday park, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and general DIY.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to identify issues and keep them in safe, working condition.
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests and staff promptly to maintain high service standards.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance work and ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure work complies with health and safety regulations for a safe environment.
• Undertake gardening and landscaping tasks to keep outdoor areas presentable.
