Hotel Chocolat is hiring a Seasonal Sales Advisor for the Christmas peak at our UK store network. You will engage customers, present seasonal products like Velvetiser gifts, and help shoppers select perfect gifts while checking for allergens.

• Help customers find the perfect gift by identifying their needs and allergens during purchases.
• Process transactions, refunds and exchanges at the till and support deliveries and replenishment as needed.
• Maintain high standards in-store and café areas to WOW customers.
