Job summary

Haven & Warner Hotels is seeking a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager in Hemel Hempstead. The role is hybrid (3 days in office) with a focus on driving bookings through data-led CRM across app, email, SMS, and more.

You will own end-to-end campaign delivery and mentor the Holidays CRM Executive in a high-energy, guest-centric marketing team. The ideal candidate brings CRM experience in travel/hospitality, strong HTML/CSS/JSON templating skills, and a passion for personalization and analytics

• Experience delivering CRM campaigns in travel/hospitality.
• Data-driven marketing with insights to actions.
• Able to guide and develop an executive-level team.
