Job summary

Warner Leisure Hotels is seeking a CRM Loyalty Executive to support day-to-day CRM and loyalty activity across properties. You will help create engaging guest communications and a seamless loyalty member experience, coordinating loyalty programme administration and stakeholder management.

You will work across CRM, loyalty and guest communications, building campaigns in our CRM platform (Bloomreach advantageous), manage brochure delivery, and support reporting and planning.

Qualifications

• Clear understanding of CRM, loyalty programmes or customer communications.
• Awareness of customer data, customer journeys and marketing best practices.
• Understanding of the importance of data accuracy and customer consent.
• Basic understanding of GDPR and data protection principles.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Loyalty Programme Operations: support day-to-day operation, manage member administration, rewards, updates and communications.
• CRM Campaign Delivery: build, test, schedule and deploy campaigns and journeys; ensure on-brand communications on time; assist with reporting and optimisation.
• Quarterly Brochure Delivery: coordinate brochure production, manage timelines and stakeholder input; assist with quality assurance.
• Team Support: provide administrative, coordination and delivery support across CRM, loyalty and guest initiatives; assist with planning and stakeholder updates.
